How to use this course

1. Read the theory based on the 21-day-practices in each chapter carefully. 2. Follow the 3 practices that are mentioned after each theory section

(physical exercise/meditative breathing/mental exercise).
3. Apply the ‘Life Practice’ intensively during the specific 21-day period.
4. After the three weeks (21 days) move on to the following set of practices in the next chapter.

The practices that are described in the book have a nine-month duration. After that, you should start from the beginning.

It would be ideal if the physical exercise, meditative breathing and mental exercise could take place one after the other, daily, at a specific time. Regular repetition at a specific period doubles the effectiveness of the exercise. If this is not possible, it can take place separately, whenever you have time.
